I moved into this apartment a few months ago after completely renovating and redecorating it. Color and light are the new masters of the house. The apartment boasts every comfort, and guests have access to their own private room with en-suite bathroom and the shared kitchen and living room. The apartment is located in the Lotti della Garbatella, the historic buildings that make the neighborhood unique. Because of this historic character, the building does not have an elevator, and the apartment is accessed only by climbing two flights of stairs. The area surrounding the apartment is filled with plants and features a shared garden. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Garbatella metro station. From there, Termini Station is just 5 stops away and the Colosseum is just 3 stops away. I love connecting with people, but I also respect their privacy and needs, and I ask that guests do the same.I'm happy to share my home with you, and if you'd like, I can offer advice and local experience to make your stay in Rome unforgettable. The Garbatella area is unique in Rome. Even though we're just a short walk from the city center (12 minutes from Termini and 5 minutes from the Colosseum), you'll feel like you've entered a completely different world from Rome's most famous landmarks. The neighborhood became famous thanks to the TV series "I Cesaroni," whose bar is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Its distinctive features are the buildings that reflect the Roman Baroque style, the narrow streets, and the condominium gardens, known as "Lotti," which leave their doors open to visitors. Add to this the traditional Roman atmosphere and all the amenities the area offers—restaurants, bars, supermarkets, theaters, etc.—and the end result will leave you speechless.
