Ivan and Yolanda live with our 20-year-old daughter SofÃa, in a beautiful townhouse in a very quiet residential area, well connected by buses, surrounded by all services. We speak French, Italian and English. We have internet throughout the house. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen, fireplace and a toilet, with access to a garden where in summer we install a swimming pool. On the first floor we have a large living room, with a piano, a toilet and a large kitchen. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our guests have their private room and bathroom for exclusive use. Accommodation includes cleaning your bathroom and room, and sheets and towels, changed weekly. There is the possibility of all-inclusive accommodation: breakfast, mid-morning meal, midday meal, snack and dinner, as well as washing and ironing clothes (check price). Ivan works at a car dealership and Yolanda is a real estate agent. We like to meet new people and we are very hospitable. We are lovers of cinema, sports, music and good food. We love preparing barbecues in the garden. We have a very good and affectionate Yorkshire Terrier dog named Coffee. Sofia plays the piano (we have one in the living room) and studies Medicine. I consider myself a great cook and if you like to eat well, this is your home. If you stay in our house we will make you feel like family
