Location near to the capital of Ecuador, Quito valley, and in a development where there are few houses all of the family. It is a very quiet atmosphere with large green spaces but with all the facilities to address cuaqluier part of town. My house is spacious with a beautiful view of the valley and Tumbaco Cumbaya. The house has all the amenities of a modern home on one level. I, the owner I am a lawyer and I live with my kids. We like a quiet home environment but we remain sociable and most of all we like to walk by Ecuador and supporting sports especially my oldest son on the down hill. Everyone in the family study and work; May son is in college and the small school.
