Normally single, lover of good food, good drink and good reads. In summer the house is welcomed by his daughter Marianna, twelve-year old Italian who lives in Warsaw, Poland. The house is on 2 floors with large garden and panoramic views of 50 km of the Adriatic coast and the Republic of San Marino. The beaches are 15 km away. The rooms located on the 1st floor with terrace are large and very bright as well as the ground floor with large living room and kitchen. The garden is equipped with children's playground and sun loungers. She gets breakfast and lunch under a large pergola with its guests refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and barbecue. The 2 bedrooms each have 1 double bed and cots can be added if necessary. The large bathroom is shared between the two rooms.
