Susi and Luis live with their two daughters, Asia and Zhao, in a house situated in a quiet area in the north of Valencia. The house is located in the resort of Campolivar, a beautiful area with spaces still open to nature despite being very close to the capital. The area is well served: 10 minutes from the City Centre metro and 40 minutes by bike from the famous beach of La Malvarrosa. It is close to the Faculty of Science (University of Valencia), the Scientific Park of the University of Valencia, the Catholic University of Education (Edetania), the Technology Park and the Trade Fair of Valencia. The house has a swimming pool, organic garden and is full of places to enjoy every moment of the day: from cooking paella firewood in any two barbecues (interior and exterior), take a nice walk or bike around (no smoke and no cars) or play a game of table tennis or badminton.The house has 4 double bedrooms, one especially larger located in the basement equipped 2 sofa beds, large table and TV. The house has a small office, large kitchen with table for 4-6 people and 2 bathrooms, one exterior, the dining room is spacious and a fireplace for the winter. The house also has 3 terraces (one covered) to enjoy the sunshine of spring and fall that characterize the Levant. In summer, where better it is is in the pool. Susi works at home, is a journalist, but works as a writer and screenwriter. He has directed two films and a lot of short films. Luis is agricultural engineer and works in the world of fruit, such as quality inspector. Asia with 15 years studying the final year of secondary and Zhao 11 years the last year of primary school.The two share a hobby they love: playing hockey-grass; and practiced most of the week.
