We are a very nice and friendly family that lives in Quito, we have 2 kids, 10 and 12 years old, they are 2 funny and sweet girls. My appartment has 135 mts, it is big !! so you will be very comfortable, we have 1 extra room, a nice and spacious one. We live in El Batan neighborhood, it is safe, nice and so very close to beautiful malls, parks, supermakets, turistic attractions etc.
