We live in a small house in Nice on the heights of the beginning of the Grande Corniche, a little away from the center and close to transport (7 minutes walk from the tram and 12 minutes walk from the trains from Riquier station). The accommodation is an independent studio of 20m2, with equipped kitchenette and private shower room, quiet, sunny and with a breathtaking view. Possibility of a second bed in a very comfortable folding bed (slatted base). Ideal for students of the University of St Jean d'Angely (less than 10 minutes walk). We love music, films and speak English and Italian.
