We live in a quiet and safe area in Lakewood, Ca. Nearby cities, Long Beach and Cerritos. I have a daughter in her Senior year in High School. I have a son studying in University of California in Santa Barbara and he stays at the dorm. My husband and I are both employed. The house is located in a great, safe neighborhood, very close to Long Beach Community College, Cerritos College and 10 min. drive to CSULB. (Bus stop 2 minutes from home). Walking distance to shopping malls, grocery stores, UFC gym, Crunch Fitness, restaurants, coffee shops (Starbucks) and other amenities. We have 4 rooms in total, 1 available for guests to book. There are 2 bathrooms, living room with television and large kitchen with dining area. We have a large backyard, and a swimming pool (under construction) We have two small dogs that lives outside the house. Very nice dogs, only barks at the mailman. We are fun and loving family. We enjoy long driving on back roads and exploring different places and restaurants.
