In the heart of the Adriatic, sheltered by the mighty Velebit Mountain, the Rtina Peninsula embraces the blue of the sea while the great scarlet sun sets behind the silhouette of the Island of Pag.
It is there that four Vista Villas rise above the sea like a castle, adorned with Mediterranean greenery, and the hum and scent of the waves, these villas are the perfect place to relax your body and soul amidst the peaceful nature.
Every villa offers a magnificent view of the azure sea, Cape Ljubljana and Island of Pag. The hill on which they are perched is a mere few steps away from the seashore, so I can walk to the beach at any time, go for a swim in the crystal clear water and enjoy the gentle caress of the sun’s rays.
Rtina as a small tourist village offers everything that you could ever ask for. The locals are good, simple and hospitable people. They win you over with their warmth and tremendous sense of humour, and they often surprise you with a typical Dalmatian specialty and supply you with fresh seafood.
You really feel at home here, but when you crave a bit of city life and good home-made Mediterranean dishes, you can cross the famous bridge and head over to the nearby Island of Pag. The drive always captivates with its stunningly beautiful panorama. It takes only 20 minutes to the centre of a little town called Pag. This is where you can treat yourself to some local Pag prosciutto and cheese, sit down with a glass of wine and enjoy the beauty of the town.
Or you can drive to the ancient city of Zadar, which is also only 20 minutes from Rtina. Take a walk along the narrow cobbled streets, admire the medieval architecture and the local market and listen to the sounds of the famous sea organ.
