Very close to the center of Budapest, in the immediate vicinity of the Rose Hill in the Buda Mountains is our small 80m2 house from the 60s with a large garden in a quiet environment. The house has new electrical wiring, it is freshli painted inside and the kitchen is brand new.

Parking on the street free of charge. Obuda University is a 15-minute walk away. Bus stop 3 minutes. The Margit-Bridge is 15 minutes by tram. The house can be rented with or without furniture. We prefere longtime rental.
