As expected for an 18th-century Copenhagen home, the layout of this large and oh-so-stylish studio is a little kooky. One bedroom with a handy desk nook is tucked into the eaves on a mezzanine, so it's not the most private of spaces. The living area, which houses a sofa bed for two guests, forms part of the main bedroom. And while the balcony is a bonus, it's pocket-sized. But you can't quibble with the location. Set slap bang in the middle of Indre By, you're within walking distance of all the city's must-sees. Get off to a flying start at the shopping mecca of Strøget – it's right outside your door. Just note that this is a central, noisy area – light sleepers may want to pack earplugs.
*This home sleeps six guests, with two guests sleeping on a sofa bed in the living space adjoined to the main bedroom. It's also worth noting the second bedroom is located on a mezzanine level, so it isn't overly private.*The second bedroom has restricted ceiling height in some areas.*This is located on the third floor with no lift, so be prepared to climb some stairs. The home's floating staircase isn't overly toddler-friendly, and the stairs are quite steep.*Your host politely asks you to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, and the apartment is fitted with a noise sensor.*Given the home's central spot near a bar, expect to hear noise throughout your stay.*The building's communal areas may appear a little worn and dated in parts.
