Within walking distance of Villa Borghese and the Trevi Fountain, this apartment is ideal for sightseeing. You'll have central Rome at your fingertips here, whether you're looking for restaurants, landmarks, or high-end shops. Despite its small size, the layout is functional for friends and families. The kitchen is compact but has everything you'll need to whip up light fare – although we think it's a great excuse to try the local eateries – and the bedrooms are bright if a little snug. We think it makes a convenient, fuss-free base for those keen to spend most of their time exploring the city.
*Though there's enough bed space for seven people here, we think it might feel a little cramped. We'd recommend a maximum guest count of four if you'd like ample room to socialise.
*The kitchen is compact but well-equipped to rustle up lighter bites. However, there are only four chairs around the dining table.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free cot and high chair on request.
*Parking in Rome can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
*There isn't a desk here if you're travelling for work, but the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
