Granted, at full occupancy two people will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which is fairly cosy, and the third bedroom is accessed via a steep, narrow staircase. Still, it’s a small price to pay for this home’s enviable location. Next to Place de l'Italie, you’ll find an array of boutiques, French eateries and markets on your doorstep. And for trips further afield, metro stations are within walking distance, so hopping across the city is a breeze.
