*There’s off-road parking in the communal courtyard for one car.

*Children should be supervised on the metal stairs.
*There’s an open office area on a mezzanine overlooking the main studio. It has a minimal balustrade so is not safe to access. It will be closed off unless requested by prior agreement. There are desks in two of the bedrooms.
