This home has easy access to central London but is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the capital. Located in leafy Richmond, you’re just a fourteen-minute walk from the Royal Botanic Gardens – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. And when you want to head into the city centre, there’s a Tube station a three-minute stroll away. The sleeping arrangements here won’t suit everyone – both of the bedrooms have two double beds – and there’s only one bathroom (although there is a separate toilet). At full capacity, we think it’ll be a bit of a squeeze, but for smaller groups who want a tranquil location, it ticks a lot of boxes.
*At full occupancy, one guest will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*Though there's enough bed space for nine people here, we think it might feel a little cramped. Both bedrooms have two double beds with only a small gap between them.
*Storage space is limited here – particularly in the second bedroom – so we'd recommend travelling light.
*The dining table seats six so isn’t big enough to accommodate everyone when the home is at full occupancy.
*The roof terrace doesn't have railings. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised when using it.
*The entrance to this home is shared with the building's other residents.
*Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 7am.
