Let’s not beat around the bush – it's quite a climb to reach this top-floor apartment (nearly 100 steps), but we think it's worth it. Not only is the contemporary style rather striking, but the views of Florence's rooftops speak for themselves. The kitchen is a particular favourite – the arched ceilings and dark paint provide a moody backdrop for cooking Italian favourites. There are also two bedrooms as well as a sofa bed for guests five and six. But the biggest highlight of all is the location. Nestled a five-minute walk from the Basilica of Santa Croce, Piazza della Signoria, and the Uffizi Galleries, you couldn't ask for a more central spot for sightseeing.
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot upon request.
*This apartment does not have a lift. It's located on the top floor of the building and requires nearly 100 steps to reach the door. We suggest packing light, as navigating large suitcases in the stairwell may be difficult. It also won't suit those with limited mobility.
*Given the home's central spot near a bar and restaurant, expect to hear some noise throughout your stay.
