Tucked away on an incredibly picturesque alleyway, this beautiful apartment is set in a 16th-century building located between Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo. You’ll be just an eight-minute walk from the beautiful Borghese Gardens and five minutes from the iconic Spanish Steps. It’s an area known for its artists and antique dealers, art galleries and trendy restaurants – it also happens to be the neighbourhood Roman Holiday was filmed in. Inside the home, you’ll find a space that conserves its original beauty – high ceilings and light wood parquet floors – at the same time as it is equipped with every modern comfort. The antique wood period furnishings date back to the beginning of the last century and are family heirlooms, giving the home its distinguished air, while the cosy sofa and tasteful artwork warm the space and make it especially inviting. We love the pristine modern bathroom, and the bedroom is bright and roomy – after a long day on your feet, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and end the day.
