Fendi are one of the great design families in the world, so you can imagine how excited we were to test Mirror Sand. It’s inside the new Alda Fendi Foundation, designed by the superstar architect Jean Nouvel, and right next to the Roman Forums. It works similarly to a hotel, the apartment is geared towards the independence that you get with a proper living room and kitchen. We also liked the ridiculously deep bathtub – it’s a wonderful place to relax after a day in the bustle of Rome. You’ll never want to get out.
