Furnished with attention to detail and an appreciation for natural materials, this home knows how to make the best out of its assets. While the two balconies make sure that there's plenty of light in the living room and kitchen, wooden details in each room add to a coherent style that is most obviously expressed through the exposed wooden beams. We felt that the two bedrooms could benefit from an update, but the living room with the open-plan kitchen is one of the most stylish spaces we've seen in Madrid so far.
* When we visited, there was a bit of a smell coming out from outside
* The lock isn't straightforward – we had some trouble figuring it out at the beginning
* The home manual for this home isn't the best, but the host is working on improving it
* The WiFi is quite patchy – this might not be the best option for those who are working during their stay
* There is no air conditioning in this home
* This home can accommodate up to five guests, but the last guest will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room
