Paquino is perfectly comfortable, and while it lacks a bit of flair in the design department, it’s pleasant to look at. None of this really matters though, because the big thing going for it is the position, right in the heart of Monti. There are loads of excellent restaurants around (although the kitchen is actually pretty good, easily enough for a decent meal) and you really are in the cobbled streets among the ancient ruins that define the city.

*You'll have to climb the stairs to the first floor – the building doesn't have . a lift.
*There's no washing machine in this home – it's just outside this home.
*We found a few stains on the walls, particularly in the bathroom.
*This home is located within an apartment building, with a shared entrance. Expect to bump into other guests during your stay.
