*We're admittedly quite a picky bunch but the provision of toilet paper and complimentary toiletries is not as generous as we would want it to be

*We couldn't locate any coffee or tea bags – you'll either have to stock up yourself or head to a nearby cafe in the morning to get your caffeine fix

* The nature of the hot water supply means that it can run after several consecutive showers

* Three guests can sleep here if one of you takes the sofa bed in the living room
