This wonderful villa is located in the highest part of San Gregorio in the countryside of Patù. It’s less than 2 kilometres from the Bay of San Gregorio, known for its beautiful sunsets and the beach of Marina di Felloniche. We love the garden and its centuries-old olive trees, and the views of the countryside and sea are glorious. There are two porches to enjoy, with an outdoor seating area and a barbecue for family feasts under the stars. The villa itself is a simple space with rustic style and modern comforts – it’s an excellent base for a relaxing Italian break.
*We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there’s plenty of free parking here. The road to the house is not asphalted and has no public lighting. This home has an automatic gate and external security cameras.
*The wi-fi reception isn’t always the strongest – this home is ideal for those hoping to switch off.
