While there’s no getting around the fact that Honeydew is tiny (less than thirty metres squared), the way that the space has been exploited is impressive. The kitchen might not provide much space for socialising, but it has an oven, a grill, two hobs, a microwave, and a full-height fridge, while there shelves between the bed and the living space keep light flowing through the place.

*While the sofa does convert into a single bed, this is in effect a studio and any more than two guests at a time would feel like a lot
*There's a doorman, but only during normal working hours
*Nothing is provided in the way of kitchen supplies
*The boiler can only handle two consecutive showers, another reason we wouldn't recommend a third guest
