Simplicity is at the fore when it comes to Windcomb. The sense of space is not something to be taken for granted, either. Eight people, and not a sofa bed in sight. Unfortunately, it’s rather common for unscrupulous landlords to try to shoehorn people in, but that’s certainly not the case here. It’s a bit of a pain to have to climb up the steps, but that’s an occupational risk when you test so many homes in old buildings – it’s hardly a dealbreaker.

*There's no lift in the building – you'll have to take the stairs to the third floor
*The wi-fi was very slow when we measured it
*There aren't enough chairs in the living room, or in the kitchen, should the house be full
*The square outside is quite busy, so don't expect silence
