Royal Optics is a near-perfect modern living arrangement inside an old aristocratic building, right around the corner from Casa Mila. The full package contains a garage, super-fast internet, a big TV and great natural light. It's hard to find a weakness, but perhaps the fact that neither of the bathrooms have natural light is a drawback. Still, the pedestrian street in Eixample where you'll be staying is a little slice of peace in an otherwise bustling neighbourhood, which adds just another reason to get excited.
* The second bathroom is a bit small
* As the communal area overlooks a typical communal patio, the views aren't particularly nice
* This home doesn't have a manual, but the host is working on putting one together
