This modern-style villa is situated in a prime seafront position near the popular San Lorenzo beach. It’s close to the Nature Reserve of Vendicari and many restaurants too, while the Baroque towns of Syracuse, Ragusa and Noto are just a short drive away. Along with the great location, another highlight here is the beautiful sea views which you can enjoy from the pool, patio and roof terrace. You can admire the vistas from inside too, and we love that all the bedrooms open out onto a terrace or balcony.

*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Bathroom towels are changed twice per week, pool/beach towels are changed once per week, and bed linen is changed once per week.
*The nearest shops, supermarkets and restaurants are 2.5 kilometres away in Marzamemi. There's a rocky beach 100 metres away, while a sandy beach is 300 metres. Transport-wise, Comiso airport is 83 kilometres and Catania is 100 kilometres, while Syracuse train station is 40 kilometres.
