Looking directly out over Plaza de Chueca, Cuadro is in the middle of the action. The two balconies bring loads of natural light into the living room, and they have double glazing, which keeps out the majority of the noise (you might still get a bit though – such is the nature of the centre of Madrid). It would be nice to have some sort of view from the bedrooms, but having the windows facing internally does mean that they’re calmer than the living room, and in the long run, that’s more important.
*The wallpaper designed to look like exposed brickwork wasn't really necessary
*As the square can get busy, you might hear some noise coming up from below
*The third bedroom is quite small, and would probably suit a child better than an adult
