Gazing out across the Mediterranean, this home places you in Porto Venere – recognised by the New York Times as one of the world's most beautiful spots. The large, south-facing windows really heat up the home, especially in summer – and with no air conditioning, you might find yourself spending more time on the balcony, enjoying cocktails as you look out across the sea. With ferries regularly departing between April and October, the Cinque Terre area is easily accessible here – though with a gorgeous beach just outside your front door, we wouldn't blame you for spending the lion's share of your time closer to home.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*There are several flights of stairs leading up to the front door here. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*This balcony overlooks a rooftop which slightly obscures the sea view.
*The main bedroom has a private ensuite while also sharing the second bathroom with the other bedroom.
*There is no air conditioning here. It can get very hot inside, especially during summer.
*Parking in the local area can be very tricky and expensive, especially during peak season. We recommend using public transport and airport transfers if possible.
