Plenty of Manhattan’s bucket list attractions are also nearby, with the East River reachable in twenty minutes on foot. The Empire State Building is only a short ten-minute walk away, or for a different view from above the city, the Rockefeller Center is reachable in twenty-seven minutes on foot.

The home’s crowning glory, however, is the private rooftop terrace where you can enjoy your morning bagel with stunning views of the cityscape, including catching a glimpse of the top of the Empire State Building – which is a short fifteen-minute walk from here. The rooftop terrace also has comfortable seating under a shaded awning surrounded by plants, perfect for relaxing with a good book when you need a break from exploring the city.
