De La Oca, located a few metres from the Gómez Ulla Hospital, a space designed for students, professionals and digital nomads who are not only looking for a room in Madrid, but also to live experiences and connect with new people. All inclusive and without commissions. The coliving has 12 rooms, 5 of which are suites with private bathrooms and 4 shared bathrooms. The common areas include a fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and washing machine. The communal dining room is adapted to allow you to study or work comfortably, with high tables to suit your daily needs. The space also has coworking areas ideal for those who need a quiet and well-connected environment to work in. We have a weekly cleaning service for the common areas and a fortnightly cleaning of the rooms, including a change of sheets, to ensure that you always have a clean and comfortable space.
