The sleeping area guarantees you quiet sleep in the double bedroom with its orange tint. The bathroom ensures you have unforgettable moments of pampering with its relaxing shade of blue. ? Thanks to the big sliding windows and comfortable equipment, the vast outdoor spaces are livable as a real extension of the accommodation, equipped with all the necessary moments of relaxation and conviviality. You have a private covered patio equipped with barbecue, table and chairs, private relaxation area shaded by olive trees and equipped with sun loungers and hammocks, and finally a private terrace from which you can enjoy an exceptional view of the large pool that is located in the garden below. ? Although another building where the owner lives is located on the property, guests have the utmost privacy because they enjoy the exclusive use of the pool, because they have a private gate to access the property and finally because the blinds of the other building are closed that are visible from the house. However for most of the summer the owner is not in the house so in the summer it is very likely that you are alone on the property. The pool is accessible 24 hours a day, regularly clean and maintained, and is excellently equipped with sun loungers, umbrella, sofas, table and outdoor shower. At sunset, the pool also offers a beautiful color spectacle with its night lighting in changing colors. Villa Il Ciclamino is the ideal place for couples and families who prefer to stay in large and relaxing spaces out of chaos and in close contact with nature, for those who love to cool off in the pool, sunbathe and breathe clean air in summer, and for those who want to reserve the opportunity to explore comfortably not only the historic center of Rome but also the unusual and hidden Lazio, away from mass tourism but rich in archaeological, historical, naturalistic and food and wine trails. You will appreciate the quiet and safe environment but at the same time full of cultural and natural stimuli, as well as the authentic relationships with people, the genuine food and the affordable prices that characterize this area of the province of Rome. The guests have a private entrance to the property and after crossing the garden with the pool and some steps reach the house. It is an independent building, well detached from the owner's house, and is surrounded by private outdoor spaces, in addition to the equipped swimming pool that is reserved for the exclusive use of guests only. When the accommodation is rented, the owner always guarantees exclusive use of the pool, ensuring maximum privacy. Also for most of the summer the owner is not in the house so in the summer it is very likely that you are completely alone on the property.
