Two large windows bring in light and illuminate the space. The bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens for your utmost comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries, and you'll need to whip up a delicious breakfast, including a stove, an oven, and a toaster. There's also a small dining area where you can eat meals with loved ones! The bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need to freshen up, such as a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
