Our two newly built buildings surrounded by a green courtyard create a safe secluded space for you to find peace in the midst of Berlins city life. The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the Habyt community. There are two community spaces - one in each of the buildings. Both of them feature fully equipped kitchens with cooking islands and lounge areas with sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and a TV. You can spend time cooking meals together with your flatmates here or relax watching a new show. In alignment with our sustainability efforts, both buildings are illuminated with energy-efficient LED lights. You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments with complete noise isolation and floor heating. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. To catch those sun rays, ground-floor apartments have terrace access facing the courtyard, while flats on other floors include balconies.
