If you enjoy peace and quiet, this one-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Piero Capponi is ideal. Located on the third floor, you can get a bit of exercise walking up the stairs, or you can take the elevator instead. Either way, the front door opens into an elegantly furnished, yet comfortable open space. Of course, the modern bathroom and elegant bedroom are in actual rooms, but the openness, along with large windows and natural sunlight, give the kitchen, living and dining area a fresh and airy feel. Although there is only one double bed, the sofa opens into another bed for two, and the dining table seats four. Similar to your apartment, Pagano is a fairly quiet residential neighborhood. One thing you won’t have to worry about is a lot of tourist traffic. You can get outdoors by visiting the Guido Vergani Park, which is practically right across the street. At night, you’ll find lots to entertain you, including a nearby cinema and a theater, located within a 7-minute walk. There are some lovely shops and restaurants nearby, and even on your street, you’ll find a supermarket, a pizzeria and a terrific little ice-cream shop.
