The area is very lively and offers many shops, cafes and restaurants. One minute walk from the LISTA metro station, five minutes from the shopping streets Goya and Alcalá, next to El Corte Inglés and the Wizink; and the metro stop Línea roja, several buses to the centre, and the Retiro park. The rooms have double bed, wardrobes, desk and the necessary furniture for a pleasant stay. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, washing machine and all kitchenware.
