A lot of bars, cafes and stores are located very close. There is an extra payment for second or third guest. The extra payment for second or third guest is EUR 6 per night for person for month or longer rent. For short rent the extra payment for second guest is EUR 10 per night for person. Parking is available for some money in my backyard. A lot of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes are located within 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Bruninieku street is in the center, but did not backbone. There is quiet enough day and night. Entrance and windows overlook the patio.

The guest in the apartment must behave quietly and respect the peace of the neighbours living in the house.
Noisy parties are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in our apartment or building.
A fine of 100 euros will be charged for smoking in a building or apartment for one case. If the guest continues to smoke, we will terminate the contract without refunding the booking fee.
Guests may smoke only in the yard, where it does not disturb anyone.
