The apartment is located on a 5th floor with lift. There are 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom and kitchen and storage room. Bills are not included and will be paid according to consumption. Condominium fees are equal to 200 eros/ month per tenant. Overnight guests are allowed upon agreement with the landlord.
