The rooms (+- 12 m2 and 18 m) comprise: bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains (type Ikea, ...).We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans and a clean pillow and a duvet at your arrival .

Wireless internet is included in the rent. There is a laundry shop in the street and also some shops .
The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs are at charges of the tenant .( the price for this is calculated by the expertise office +- 100 euro inventory in and +- 100euro inventory out )
