The apartment is located in a quiet and well-maintained building, but at the same time in a great location in Ljubljana.
Both the landlord and the neighbors are quite strict regarding noise in the evenings, so we are looking for a flatmate who values a clean, tidy, and peaceful environment.
Since we work a lot and usually wake up before 6 a.m., the apartment is not suitable for students who are still in their party lifestyle years or consider themselves night owls.
