Hallo daar, zijn wij een zeer aardige Familie met meer dan 10 jaar ervarings in Ontvangende studenten en toeristen van overal ter wereld; de buurt is zeer veilig en nadert verscheidene universiteiten zoals UAM Xochimilco (10 min door gang), Tec DE Monterrey (de busoogst u omhoog op de straat erachter), Universidad DE La Marina (1 pesero), UVM, UNAM (Cu met 1 pesero) en Colegio Aleman. Het huis is zeer groot en staat privacy toe, heeft elke ruimte een grote bed, een kast, een bureau en een stoel. De keuken is gloednieuw en wij houden de gemeenschappelijke Gebieden altijd schoon.

Lovely hosts who made me feel welcome and comfortable. My room was bright and sunny w a big bed. Extra blankets available. Breakfast and dinner also available. Both delicious. Public transportation is close and convenient. Very safe area w walking circle. I will be back!

This is a 5 stay! You couldn’t ask for a kinder, more patient family. They were especially thoughtful as I struggled with altitude sickness, and then a fever and stomach troubles. The house is clean and welcoming. My room was large and very comfortable. The neighbourhood has everything you could need. I will definitely return someday. I feel so fortunate to have chosen this Homestay. Thank you!

I really enjoyed staying with the whole family in Mexico City! They were all so kind and patient with my Spanish that I was practicing. Chivis helped me a lot with transportation, food, things to do, etc. The house and room were very comfortable as well and right next to bus stations, restaurants, convenience stores, and more. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Mexico City looking for an authentic and fun experience!

Hello, guys. First, thank you so much for staying. I had stayed there only 2 weeks, but had improved Spanish a lot. Because Diana's mother called Silvia has much patience and always tried to speak slowly, told me a lot of new words and phrases. Moreover, Silvia's sisters and her families her friends are very kind and so fun. They also cared about me a lot. Therefore, I could know some words and also many local things about Mexico. The house is always cleaned and so calm. Besides that, every room is very big. It is very nice for studying, relaxing, anything you want. I think the reviews above are correct. If you wanted to learn Spanish and stay where is not noisy place, I would reccomend you this place. Thank you for reading this.

The host Silvia was wonderful! She was patient with my Spanish and helpful during my whole stay there. Silvia also showed me how to make traditional Mexican food :) She has a lot of experience hosting students from all over the world. The property has five bedrooms located in a nice, secure compound. Just around the corner are taco shops, cafes, etc. My bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The internet is fast and Silvia respects your privacy. There's a bus stop outside the compound but it wasn't operating yet when I was there. So I had to walk about 10 mins to the next stop. Note: There's a water shortage in the area and so you need to watch the water consumption a bit. The only "downside" was that I was hoping for a "Mexican family" atmosphere (to converse w/ other family members and improve my Spanish), but Silvia was the only person living in the household; her other adult daughters live in another country. Other than that, I had a good time and recommend Silvia's place if you want a quiet atmosphere.

Very calm, quiet, relaxing place to stay. There are several nearby minimarts and restaurants which sell anything you need. There is a mall about 15 minutes away on foot. Generally safe area; I, personally, had no problems whatsoever while out and about. The landlords are good people; friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Ideal for those who work online, as they leave you in peace, other than to occasionally offer you a snack. Very reliable wifi. Highly recommend.
