We are an Indian couple offering FRRO approved home stay / BNB accommodation for expat-females / couple only for short stay in a private well ventilated furnished AC room with a) En suite washroom having western WC b) Wardrobe c) Double bed d) Satelite/Cable TV and e) WiFi , in a spacious 2 BHK Apartment with elevator and security, ideally located just 1.25 Km from Mumbai International Airport (CSIA-T II) and within walking distance from Chakala ( JB Nagar) Metro Station in a well developed slum free locality in Andheri-E. Our home-stay / BNB accommodation is Ideal for expats / migrant - females / couple visiting Mumbai for internship / tourism / business assignments/ international exhibition etc. and looking for alternative to hotels for their stay and prefer to stay with a educated family for local support and guidance. Our apartment is in a very well developed locality of JB Nagar in Andheri-E . While most amenities generally needed are available in house other desired local conveniences are including Metro are with in 2-12 minutes walk-able distances such as 1) Banks / ATM 2) Gym / Spa 3) Licensed Money Changers 4) Multi Cuisine Restaurants 5) Multiplex 6) Florist 7) Five Star Hotels 8) Super Market g) Public Conveyances (Taxi / Rickshaw / Bus ) 9) Couriers/Shipping Agents etc. etc. We are very transparent believing in fair deal.
