Ik heb een 4 slaapkamerhuis dat goed wordt gehouden. Het is drie minuten loopt aan de bushalte, zijn dicht bij alle belevingswaarde, geen huisdier niets de roker wordt toegestaan. Mijn die housevis in een zeer stille buurt wordt gevestigd die aan humberrivier en een park dicht is. Ik heb een open conceptenkeuken, geen wordt het koken toegestaan, is de gast welkom om de microgolf en het ketel ook minimale gebruik van ijskast in de keuken te gebruiken. De keuken zou na gebruik schoon moeten worden gehouden. De badkamers van het aandeel, wasserij wordt één keer in de week toegestaan, slechts weekends. Het gelukkige verblijf maakt tot het uw huis vanaf huis.

This was my first experience with homestay. Maudlyn is really kind and considerate person. She made me feel at home from day one. The food I ate was incredibly delicious. My room and bathroom I used were very clean and tidy. But the most important thing for me was the motherly compassion she showed me.She helped me in every way and gave me courage in this new city. Thank you very much for this beautiful experience.

I want to say thank you to Maudlyn for hosting me for one month. It was a real pleasure for me to talk to her and enjoyed staying. She is a very kind lady and a hard working person. She offered me breakfast every day and even natural jus and more. She also was very caring and gave me tips about employment and health care. her house is easy to access, as I took one bus (bus station 5min away) to go to High park, stockyard village mall, fresh nation, No frills and more. it was a good experience and I will never hesitate to book to stay at Maudlyn's place again.

Maudlyn was an excellent host. She was respectful, caring and a good cook who, would engage in conversation when her schedule allowed. She goes the extra mile to ensure her guest is comfortable. I highly recommended this home stay option.

Maudlyn made me feel welcome and right at home. A home away from home. This really helped making a great stay in Toronto, It was a quiet and nice neighbourhood It was easy to go everywhere. She also cooked very nice meals ,the house is very clean and in order and we always had a chat about our day. I'm glad to have stayed at Maudlyn's and if I go back to Toronto I would definitely go back to stay. Thanks Maudlyn.

Had a lovely stay with maudlyn, felt at home as soon as I arrived and settled into the country very quickly , she also cooked very nice meals ,the house is very clean and in order and we always had a chat about our day I would highly recommend staying here, no faults whatsoever

I really enjoyed my stay with Maudlyn. Her place is close to downtown, 3 minutes walk to the bus stop. The room is very comfortable with everything you need plus a TV. You will have your own bathroom as well. Maudlyn is a very kind and welcoming lady, she even let me use her TTC pass when she was home and I definitely enjoyed her dinners, she is the best cook ever. Thank you for making my life so easy during my first days in Canada.
