The lovely and spacious RED STUDIO, fully renovated, is in the heart of Rome, near the Coliseum, the Roman Forum and many other tourist sites such as Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano.
The apartment is in an early 1900's restored building, very elegant safe and quiet, and it is really BRAND NEW!
Private entrance, few steps down from the front door, you will NOT share the apartment with anyone else!
It's a charming, colorful flat, with cozy design, bricks ceiling (3,5mt height), entrance, big room with queen size double bed and one sofa bed both with latex mattress, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower.
Its windows overlook the garden, with orange trees.
For long term rent, we request a mandatory cleaning every 2 weeks, provided by a professional staff, paid by guests.

Neighbourhood
It is in the pleasant residential Esquilino neighborhood, one of the seven hills of Rome, where you can appreciate the REAL roman way-of-life, and just a short walk from Termini train station, connected no-stop with both airports.
At walking distance there is a wide choice of restaurants, the oldest italian Gelato (Ice Cream) Factory is behind the corner, and many shops, groceries cafes and parks are nearby as well.
Besides being very convenient for walking towards many tourists spots, the apartment is ideally situated to use public transportation as it is only 100 meters from Manzoni Metro Station and lots of buses lines. It is just two metro stops to Termini station, 5 stops to Trevi's Fountain and 8 stops to Vatican-St.Peter (15' from home).
