Welcome to our cozy urban retreat, an apartment where every detail has been designed to ensure an unforgettable stay. This is not simply a place to sleep, but a space to live, work, and play, designed with love and attention to make your stay a precious memory.
The apartment located on the seventh floor (with elevator) consists of two rooms with double beds, including one with en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom with bathtub, a large living room with double sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, outdoor washing machine. In one of the rooms there is a sofa that can easily be transformed in a single bed when needed. All completed by two balconies, one of which fits a small table for up to 4 persons and is accessible from both the kitchen and master bedroom, overlooking the quiet inner courtyard.
In this apartment, 4 persons will sleep well, a fifth one can be accomodated on a sofa transformed in single bed in one of the rooms, while the sofabed is not as comfortable as the proper beds. It is therefore recommended only to accomodate temporary guests. Also, if required a desk with a chair can be installed in the second bedroom instead of the sofa/single bed.

Ideally located our apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring Rome. You are welcome in our oasis in the city.
The apartment is in the heart of the lively shopping area of Viale Marconi, reachable with a walk of a few minutes and where you can find bars, cornetterias, shops, bookstores, markets and restaurants, and a 15-minute walk from Trastevere Station well connected to the city, Termini Station and Fiumicino airport.
Near the apartment there is a wide choice of excellent ethnic restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy and by public transport you can easily and quickly reach Testaccio, Trastevere, Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum.
On Sundays with a walk of a few minutes you can visit the iconic Roman market of Porta Portese.
Local Transport and Parking
It is a very well connected area close to Line 775, N781, 766, 170, C6 - Marconi/P.za Della Radio stop and Line 781, 780 - Oderisi Da Gubbio/Papa ??stop. Parking can be challenging, but very close to the apartment there are a couple of indoor parkings that offer monthly subscriptions at good rates.
