Female tenants only.Location:The renovated apartment is located in a safe neighborhood in the city center of Rotterdam. The nearest train station (Rotterdam Blaak) is just 600 meters away from the apartment, the nearest subway/metro station (Oostplein) is about 450m away and the tram stop 'Kipstraat' is right in front of the apartment. There is a supermarket Dirk van den Broek (100m), a post office (50m), pharmacy (50m), a drugstore (50m) and many other shops and restaurants located nearby. Apartment facilities:The apartment itself has 3 private bedrooms, a shared kitchen, a shared living/dining room, a shared bathroom and a separate toilet. You will be sharing the apartment with two other female tenants (university students). The following facilities are included in the apartment: a fridge, washing & drying machine for clothes, a combination microwave/oven, kitchen supplies, water cooker, cooking plates etc. In addition, the shared living/dining room is furnished with a table and chairs. Electricity, service costs and internet expenses are included in the monthly rental price. Yearly taxes (around 250 eur per year) is not included in rental price.Room facilities:Your room is fully furnished, including a bed, blankets, closet, bookshelf, curtains, study table & chair. Registration at the city hall is possible.
