The house has shared spaces such as a living room, kitchen, bathroom, shower, and our personal highlight - a front and back garden. It is located within walking distance to grocery stores and only 5 minutes biking from the Zernike campus.I am subletting the room, so it comes fully furnished for a deposit of 100. The rent is around €520 per month including utilities, with a one-time deposit of €350. . Due to previous personal investments into the house, I pass on a one-time amortisation fee of €68.66 that you will receive back once you move out. Registration with the municipality is possible.
