Hey wij zijn huize ATC een international gemengd huis dus reageer alleen in het Engels op deze advertentie:Welcome to house ATC, located in the Delft Zuid neighborhood! Currently, we are four flatmates (three guys and one girl) studying and working, mainly in engineering-related fields. We're looking for a fifth flatmate to join us!The current tenants are Rover (Dutch, 25), Gioi (Italian, 25), Maria (Romanian, 21), and Koen (Dutch, 24). Some of our interests are chess (& chugs), trash movies, videogames, bouldering, and basketball. We regularly invite friends over for drinks or chill nights.Our house is situated in a nice residential area, just a 10-minute walk from Delft Campus station. You'll find supermarkets and shops conveniently close by.The available room comes with some furniture, which can be purchased from the previous flatmate. The room will be available right way and the rent is €230 per month, excluding utilities (an additional €90).We have a large shared kitchen, complete with a lounge corner featuring game consoles and a TV, where we often eat and chill together. The bathroom, as well as toilets on every floor, are shared by everyone in the house. We also have a nice garden and two balconies where we hang out in the summer.We're looking primarily for a bachelor's or master's student, as we'd like to keep it a student-focused household.
