About Tavira
Tavira is considered to be Portugal's most beautiful town -beautifully linked by bridges over the river Gilão, the town's old market square, riverside gardens, elegant fish restaurants and bars, whilst providing easy access to the local beaches beach ferry service links the town to Tavira Island within about 10 minutes, offering a fabulous 5 km beach of golden sand. The apartment is also next to 5-star Vila Gale Tavira hotel, which offers many exciting excursions you can hang out with on trips to the historic and cultural attractions of Tavira, as well as excursions to the beautiful nearby nature reserve Ria Formosa. Getting there
Tavira is a half hour drive from Faro where it currently runs direct flights from both United Kingdom and other European airports.Tavira is also just a little over three hours drive from Lisbon. It takes an hour and a half to drive from Seville and 30 minutes from Ayamonte.
