I feel very lucky to have stayed at this house. The landlady is a very sweet person. She made me feel at home and took care of everyone like her children also helped a lot with my Spanish. The room is very comfortable, bright and clean with fresh air. I would go here and stay again given a chance.

In one word this place is absolutely perfect! In terms of proximity, this house is in a well dense area of transports (Intercambiador de Aluche) including bus, Metro and Cercanias (suburban train), that can put you in the centre of Madrid in 15 minutes. Relating to groceries, I used a fantastic traditional marker that is located alongside the house, that has every type of traditional Spanish food and fresh fish, meat and vegetables. If you are in hurry you can also go to DIA or Carrefour, which are located within a 5 minutes ratio walking. In the street of the house you can also find a huge amount of food delivery stores and other services. The house is absolutely cosy and incredible clean, so in that department you can surely be relaxed, because I doubt that you can find anything like that. If you are a student, I assure you that the only noise that you will listen during your stay will be the birds in the fantastic garden in front of the house, that it is located inside the closed condominium. As a matter in fact, being a closed condominium, you are totally safe and the area surrounding is only accessible with a card that only the people who live there have. Also, you have video cameras and a doorman ensuring that everything is fine, even though the house is located in a pacific neighbourhood. If you are into sports or running, you have a huge park in a 5 minutes walking range where you can practise exercise or stretch your legs after a session of study. During the weekends its perfect for a sidewalk. The bedroom was very comfortable and useful, the kitchen had everything that you needed and every kind of appliances, the bathroom was fine, the living room was incredible welcoming, and my favourite place was the balcony where you can see the sun going down or relax a bit reading. The landlord is an incredible person that I have loved to know. If you want to improve your Spanish or simply talk about life experiences, I can ensure you that you will have plenty of extraordinary and rewarding talks. I seriously improved my Spanish while I were there. Honestly, you will not find anything better than this for this price or for any price, manly because what I’ve lived in these 5 months was an absolutely privilege. I am honoured for being considered a member of the family and I can only thank for all. Don’t think more, this is it if you are a person that wants to discover Madrid, study and have an extraordinary experience.

The landlord is so kind. The house is big with balcony where you can dry your clothes usefully. Toilet and kitchen is very clean also. The house is in the securities zone , next to the metro and train station just 5 minutes on foot. The public transport is rather frequent , being easy go to the center. we can find the big shopping mall , big super market and also many store where you can buy vegetable and fresh fruits.Every thing is perfect. The room is 500m from the metro station, so easy access to the center (line 5 goes straight to Gran Via). Well connected with buses too. Supermarket (Dia) 5 minutes down the road. And Carrefour not much further away in a shopping mall with gym and co. What i liked most is that the room is very quiet and you can't really hear the cars with the window open. Big comfortable bed as well so no sleepless nights!

It is a well localized apartment, in a really nice neighborhood, with public transportation nearby that can put you in the center of Madrid in 15 minutes. It also has some grocery stores, a traditional market, Dia and Carrefour in a close distance, so you don't run out of food never. The landlord is amazing and will for sure make you feel like home. It will help you improving your spanish and for sure it will be an excellent choice. During my stay, I have improved so many things besides the languages skills, that I am super satisfied with this choice. The place is very clean and cozy, so no worries about the cleaning. All the rooms are well equipped and nice to study, relax, everything you want. During my stay I didn't have any problem, thanks to the house conditions and the family that received me like one of them. So you don't have to think much, this place is perfect for any student that wants to discover Madrid while studying.

So far I'm really liking this place. Everything is super clean and very quiet. My bedroom was very spacious with lots of storage and the bed is new and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, bed linen and winter quilt are provided so you don't have to bring your own. The room and common spaces have centralised heating and the air-con that does both hot and cold air. The position is strategically close to different public transport and especially the green buses for those who have a university in the outskirts of Madrid. The landlady and her family (that lives close to the apartment) are kind and educated. The landlady is also more than happy to conversate in Spanish to make you learn the language if you would like. With her I've improved a lot my español.
