The location of the flat is really central and therefore really good but the equipment(kitchen, bathroom) provided by the flat is really old and needs to be fixed. Unfortunately it was really hard to get in touch with the landlord (landlord never replied to my emails).

For the low fee of 220€ in Alameda it was one could ask for. The room is big enough and there's lots of storage space which comes quite in hand. There's a small "desk" that can be used for working. Regarding downsides one of the walls is fake and so you should be cautious regarding the noise so you don't disturb the person in the room next to yours. Also, I'd recommend for you to close your room door and the kitchen door if cooking to avoid excessive smell in your room. Also a small fan might be useful to keep the air circulating every once in a while. The kitchen is a bit broken but nice enough, one of the fridges has an icing problem so I recommend being somewhat attentive about it and keep everything nice and clean after using it to make the experience for everyone as pleasing as possible. Also, try to time your showers, don't take too long, the water heating takes a while to get full again and being mindful of everyone else is good practice. There's a washing machine if you need it and place to hang your clothes to dry. Overall for 220€ its a nice enough room, good to survive in Lisbon and focus on your studies.

The kitchen is big, but the cupboards are mostly all broken. There is no oven and the fume cupboard is also broken. The wc is also big, but the toilet has no cover, so basically you can not sit and the shower curtains are plastic and they are also broken, so you can not close. It also hard to have hot showers, because the hot water comes from one hydraulic cylinder for 7 people. The room, it is very small, bit cozy. The bed is not the same that is on the picture. The building was in constructions outside, but inside needs also. The stairs are broken too and the wall full of humidity. A cozinha e grande, mas os armarios sao velhos e estao partidos, nomeadamente as portas. O exaustor nao funciona e nao ha forno. A casa de banho, e grande, contudo a sanita nao tem tampo. As cortinas da banheira sao de plastico e estao estragadas, por isso nao e possivel fecha-las. Como sao 7 pessoas na casa e a agua quente vem de um cilindro, tomar banho de agua quente de manha ou ao fm do dia, acaba por ser uma sorte. O quarto, e pequeno, mas suficiente para uma pessoa, A cama da fotografia nao corresponde a cama que esta no quarto. Quando entrei a fachada estada em obras, contudo o interior do predio necessita de obras urgentemente pois as escadas sao de madeiras e estao com buracos e partidas e as paredes cheias de humidade e com buracos.
